Quantity

Open frames are made of a ground glass panel and an MDF support, held together by metal clips. The metal hooks allow you to hang the frame and can be moved along its perimeter as you wish, thanks to the engravings on the back panel, allowing you to hang them both horizontally and vertically. Open frames are useful for framing photos, as a picture frame, posters, flyers, drawings, puzzles, and certifications of all kinds.

Our frames are easy to assemble using the pins on the back.

Shipping and Return Policies

Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If more than

14 days after purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or replacement of the purchased item with another item.

To be able to access the return procedure, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, with the original packaging perfectly intact.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be refunded.

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately promotional items cannot be refunded.

Shipping costs are not subject to refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund request and, if successful, we will agree on the refund method.

Print photos to put inside

To print your own photos to put inside the frame, contact us to send them to us. (Also via Whatsapp).

You can send us yours via WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, Instagram Direct, WeTransfer, Google Drive or email.

We will print your images on photo paper and you will receive them at the address you provide.
