Claudia Gerini received the Anna Magnani Award at the opening of the 17th edition of the Rome Film Festival, held on 13 October 2022. The award, named after the great Italian actress, was awarded to Gerini "for her multiple artistic qualities and woman special".
Gerini received the award on the stage of the Auditorium Parco della Musica during a special evening which also saw the awarding of the Roma Videoclip Award to Niccolò Fabi. The Roman actress, visibly moved, dedicated the award to her parents, her children and all those who believed in her throughout her career.
During the festival, Gerini also took part in the presentation of the film "The boy and the tiger", in which he stars alongside Filippo Scotti. The film, directed by Brando Pileti, was screened in the Alice nella Città section, dedicated to children's cinema.
Claudia Gerini's participation in the Roma Cinefest 2022 was a great success. The actress received the prestigious Anna Magnani Award and had the opportunity to present her new cinematographic work to the public. His presence contributed to enriching the festival with an important presence and making it even more special.
